    • Search for: “HRMS Railway”

    • Install the app published by CRIS

  2. Login

    • Enter your HRMS ID (Six Alphabets)

    • Password: (Your set password; use “Forgot Password” if logging in first time)

  3. Navigate to e-APAR

    • Tap on the “e-APAR” icon

    • Select the current appraisal year (e.g., 2024–25)

  4. Open Self-Appraisal

    • Click “Self-Appraisal”

    • Fill in the details about your work (as per your duty type)

    • Tap “Save Draft” if incomplete, or “Submit” if ready
